We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Fast Casual Assistant Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role to join our Zaxby's team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, lead and motivate staff, and ensure exceptional customer service for our guests. Your strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as your experience in inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling, will be vital to achieving success.

Fast Casual Assistant Restaurant Manager Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Fast Casual Assistant Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role to join our Zaxby's team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, lead and motivate staff, and ensure exceptional customer service for our guests. Your strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as your experience in inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling, will be vital to achieving success.

Schedule: Variable

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain optimal performance.
• Help manage inventory, order products, and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Support the creation of staff schedules and assign tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash management tasks, including balancing registers and making deposits.
• Ensure high food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Train and develop staff to meet Zaxby's quality and service standards.
• Monitor financial performance and assist with weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and create a positive work environment for staff and customers.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, product ordering, and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing outstanding dining experiences.
• ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
