Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk in Ann Arbor, MI to ensure shelves are stocked and organized for a great shopping experience. You will move products from pallets to shelves, maintain a clean back‑room, and assist leadership in timely completion of assigned areas.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to processes, and a friendly, helpful attitude. Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with potential for flexible scheduling and development opportunities.

What You’ll Do

You’ll:

• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately

• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back‑room areas

• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed

• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
