Job summary

Oh Polly in the United States is seeking a talented Videographer & Content Creator to produce premium video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social campaigns. You will shoot and edit across campaigns, product launches and brand stories, collaborating with the Content, Social Media, Creative and Marketing teams to drive engagement and conversions.

We value strong technical videography, a solid portfolio and fluency in trend-driven fashion content.

Qualifications

• Proven videography and video editing experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or similar visual brand.
• Strong portfolio showing filming, editing and storytelling capabilities.
• Proficiency with video editing software: Premiere Pro, Resolve or Final Cut.
• Solid understanding of cameras, lighting, color grading and composition.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Reels and short-form video formats.
• Ability to produce premium content as well as social-native videos.
• Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude and proactive idea generation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce engaging video content for Oh Polly's social media platforms, website and marketing campaigns.
• Film product videos, campaign footage, BTS, models and lifestyle clips.
• Capture premium footage showcasing design, fit, fabric and movement.
• Own lighting, camera operation and audio during shoots.
• Adapt filming techniques for polished campaigns and fast-paced social content.
• Work independently and with photographers, stylists and other creatives.
