Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Fashion Director Assistant in New York to partner with the Fashion Director on seasonal trend direction, product strategy, and brand alignment. You will analyze fashion, consumer, and cultural insights to guide assortment decisions and ensure storytelling across merchandising and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion-related field and 5+ years experience in fashion, buying, merchandising, or product development.
• Strong forecasting and market analysis abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to influence senior leaders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead trend forecasting and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Influence seasonal assortment and product strategy through data-driven insights.
• Present direction to cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
