Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in fashion, buying, merchandising, or product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead trend monitoring and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Influence seasonal assortment strategies using data insights and market testing.
• Drive fashion direction through forecasts, decks, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, planning, store ops, and other functions.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and participate in long-range planning.
