Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA is seeking a Fashion Stylist to support Apparel and Accessory programming for our live television broadcasts. This onsite role requires collaboration with production teams and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

You will pre-style and prep wardrobe for models, coordinate outfits, and manage model lineups to differentiate from personal style while aligning with brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fashion styling.
• 2+ years of recent and directly related styling experience in a live show environment.
• 2+ years of assistant fashion styling experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic live show atmosphere with professional composure.
• Knowledge of brand-driven styling based on fit and silhouette.
• Coordinate outfits and accessories with proper fit on models.
• Manage high-volume workload at an accelerated pace.

• Execute initiatives such as Today's Special Value kickoffs, premier shows, designer shows, and remote broadcasts.

The Fashion Stylist supports QVC & HSN, and is responsible for the styling and execution of Apparel and Accessory programming to support our live television broadcast in West Chester, PA.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA headquarters daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
• This role supports live broadcasting, and you will need to be available to work any day of the week, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for execution of different initiatives such as Today's Special Value kickoffs, premier shows, designer shows, and remote broadcasts.
• Pre-style and prep wardrobe for models.
• Collaborate with Lead Fashion Stylist to ensure appropriate brand presentation and styling.
• Interpret style guides and creative decks to style to the brands while differentiating from own personal style.
• Maximize sales opportunities by styling with all QVC product, both within brand and across brands.
• Create model line ups, determining number and specification of models in each sell and which colors to be featured on each model.
• Maintain direct relationship between the models and the live show. Responsible for model management during the show.
• Maintain consistent communication with production teams during show and troubleshoot unexpected situations arising from the live show - things like line up changes, and late product adds.
• Responsible for daily maintenance and organization of models closet inventory.
• Responsible for product acquisition, steaming wardrobe, organizing and returning product after completion of show.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Buying, or a related field - or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ Years of RECENT AND DIRECTLY RELATED Styling Experience in a similar environment
• 2+ Years of Assistant Fashion Styling professional experience.
• You will work in a dynamic "live show" atmosphere, while keeping a professional composure.
• You understand fashion styling elements based on brand, fit, and silhouette.
• You will coordinate outfits and accessories along with ensuring proper fit on models.
• You will manage a high volume work load, operating at an accelerated pace.
