AllSaints is seeking a dedicated Stylist to join our North America team. The role centers on styling customers on the shop floor, sharing product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional brand experience. Training and opportunities for progression are provided within a dynamic retail environment.

You will maintain store presentation, manage stock and digital orders, and assist in delivering strong store performance while keeping the customer at the heart of every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Shop floor styling and customer service; provide brand experience.
• Style customers in latest collections with detailed product knowledge.
• Maintain store aesthetic; ensure floor sets are upheld.
• Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders using in-store tools.
• Make service decisions to resolve issues and retain loyalty.
• Put the customer first and work as one AllSaints team.
• Greet customers and tailor approach to their visit purpose.
• Keep staff areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with peers and seek feedback for growth.
