Dry Goods seeks a Store Manager to drive retail growth by motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and by directing activities to achieve store goals.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll, merchandising and customer engagement, develop staff to meet store targets, and maintain an inspiring, fashionable store environment with rotating day, evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Motivate team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate interview process: screenings, interviews, references.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage payroll.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities
