Job summary

J.Crew Group, known as JCG, is seeking a Stock Associate to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes and to maintain an organized stock room. You will receive and replenish products on the sales floor, promptly package customer orders, and support various tasks to uphold our brand standards.

You will learn shipment systems, keep presentation standards, and collaborate with the store team to exceed selling and service expectations. Flexibility, energy, and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
