Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Stock Associate to support smooth store operations behind the scenes. You will receive and replenish products on the sales floor, maintain an organized stock room, and promptly package customer orders to ensure excellent service experiences.

You will work with the team to uphold brand standards, learn shipment systems, and stay aligned with fashion trends while supporting customers and the store’s goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn our store shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Support the store team to exceed selling and service expectations for our customers.
