Job summary

Lane Bryant in Springfield, PA seeks a Regular/Part time Associate to deliver a hospitable store experience and drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.

You will assist with merchandise, support store operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while representing the Lane Bryant brand across fashion trends and size-inclusive styling.

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Physical ability to move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and climb ladders.
