Job summary

Talbots in Burlington, MA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate with a passion for fashion and a strong customer service mindset. You will help customers with styling, build relationships, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a love of fashion, can multi-task, and are available 15–20 hours weekly including evenings and weekends. Training will cover product knowledge, clientelling, and sales targets.

• Ability to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.

• Comfortable with physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Open availability of 15–20 hours per week; flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to build brand relationships.
• Assist management in building store business.
• Support service enhancers to strengthen customer relationships.
• Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects concurrently.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals; know product details.
• Create outfits using product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and accept direction and feedback.
• Aim to achieve sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
