KnitWell Group is seeking a part-time Talbots retail associate at Store 04010 in Destin, FL. You will deliver a memorable fashion-forward customer experience, assist management to drive store performance, and support programs like Concierge to strengthen client relationships.

You should bring selling and styling skills, a love of fashion, and strong communication. Expect a fast-paced, inclusive team environment with opportunities to grow in the Talbots brand.

Qualifications

• Selling competence and styling expertise with a love of fashion.
• Ambitious and motivated to achieve goals as part of a store team.
• Excellent verbal communication and high integrity.
• Able to navigate a computer/iPad/handheld system with ease.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable in a diverse team.
• Willing to climb ladders, lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability of 15–20 hours per week, including evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to build brand relationships.
• Assist management to grow store business and meet sales goals.
• Support service enhancers including Concierge to foster client relationships.
• Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects concurrently.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to create outfit recommendations.
• Meet sales and service metrics such as clienteling, appointments, and awards.
• Complete operational tasks: replenishment, order filling and recovery.
