Job summary

Talbots in Washington, PA, is seeking a Regular/Part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance. You will assist customers with styling, build relationships, and promote Talbots products while leveraging fashion knowledge and in-store technology.

The role requires comfort with ladders and standing for extended periods, plus flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
