Job summary

Talbots in Franklin, TN is seeking a store team member to deliver exceptional customer service, showcase fashion styling, and help build brand relationships. You will use product knowledge to create outfits and assist management in daily store operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrates selling competence and styling expertise.
Excellent verbal communication and high integrity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Technological competency to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.
Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
Assist management in building store business and support service enhancers.
Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously.
Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals; create outfits for customers.
Meet sales and service metrics and participate in learning opportunities.
