Nordstrom, Inc. is hiring a Salesperson who is passionate about fashion and styling, with the ability to grow a customer following both in-store and digitally. You will set sales goals, build relationships, and deliver service on customers' terms.

Responsibilities include providing feedback on style, seeking fashion knowledge, stocking and merchandising, and growing Nordstrom Rewards accounts. A flexible schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with use of selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide service to customers on their terms.
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department ready (stocking, merchandising, markdowns, light cleaning).
• Grow relationships by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• The hours and schedule vary by week based on business needs.
• This role may require working in a different department occasionally.
