KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for Lane Bryant in Cape Girardeau, MO. You will partner with the Store Manager to create an engaging customer environment and guide associates to reach their highest potential.

With an emphasis on empowering customers and teams, you will help execute daily plans, train staff, and step into manager duties when needed. This role requires a fashion-forward mindset and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including operating store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage to understand their needs and support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll balancing tasks.
• Communicate with store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support onboarding of new associates and adherence to brand policies.
