Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence and styling expertise with a love of fashion.
• Strong verbal communication and integrity are essential.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to build store business.
• Support Concierge and other service enhancers to strengthen relationships.
• Service multiple customers at a time and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge, including fit and color.
• Create outfits using product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Maximize performance through learning opportunities and coaching feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling, outreach, appointments, and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders, replenishment and recovery.
