Talbots is seeking a part-time associate for Store 04021 in Mebane, NC. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, share fashion guidance, and help drive store performance through active selling and relationship building.

Ideal candidates bring passion for fashion, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and love of fashion.
• Driven to create, build and cultivate relationships.
• Strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, individually and in a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and integrity.
• Tech competency to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cooperatively in a diverse environment.
• Able to bend, reach, lift at least 40 lbs.
• Open availability for 15–20 hours per week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes products and builds brand relationships.

• Support service enhancements to build relationships, including Concierge usage.
• Service multiple customers, multitask and handle projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and match needs.
• Contribute to achieving sales and service metrics.
• Complete operational tasks like order filling and replenishment.
