Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a welcoming, customer-centered experience in Allen, TX. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and deliver personalized service while supporting merchandising and store operations.

You’ll contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience, educate customers about loyalty programs, and collaborate with a team to meet store goals. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a customer-centered experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Must be 16+ in TX and other listed states or 18+ otherwise.
