Job summary

Maurices Incorporated is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for our Clinton, IA location to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers build complete wardrobes. You’ll participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on meeting sales goals.

You’ll guide customers through our brand experience, advise on style and fit, and use modern store tech to process sales and promotions while contributing to omni-channel fulfillment and a friendly, team-based

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Goal/achievement oriented.
• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
• Focus on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections and advise on style and fit.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; promote loyalty programs.
• Support shipment processes and omni-channel order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up.
