Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.

• Some technical aptitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; participate in visual merchandising and store presentation, focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
• Guide customers through our brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use modern store technology to be well-informed on priorities and promotions; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain Maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support shipping/receiving and omni-channel fulfilment, including in-store and curbside pick-up.
