Job summary

Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to bring personal style and warmth to the sales floor, helping customers discover their look and collaborating with colleagues to drive business. You will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive experience that reflects the Madewell brand.

You'll stay current with fashion trends, support the team, and adapt to changing needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical tasks include bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for fashion and the Madewell brand.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
