You will assist the management team in driving store performance, participate in clientelling, and help replenish stock while representing the Talbots brand with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence and styling expertise.
• Must love fashion and building relationships with customers.
• Strong communication, integrity and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable with ladders and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Open availability for 15–20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
