Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, lift, carry and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the Madewell brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for customers.
• Assist in store tasks and operations as directed by management.
• Share customer feedback with the management team.
