KnitWell Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a bustling retail environment. You will share product knowledge, foster authentic connections, and guide shoppers through an omnichannel experience using available tools.

You will support teamwork, merchandise and stock organization, and strive to meet personal and store goals while upholding brand standards and hospitality at every customer touchpoint.

Qualifications
