White House Black Market in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, create personalized service, and help customers find styles that make them feel confident and powerful.

You will contribute to store performance by assisting with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a visually inspiring space.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Age requirements by state: 16+ in certain states; 18+ otherwise.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
