Job summary

Knitwell Group is hiring a Sales Associate for our WHBM store in Rogers, AR. You will warmly greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience that reflects our hospitality-focused culture.

As part of a team, you’ll drive sales through authentic conversations, participate in merchandising and inventory tasks, and help maintain an inspiring store environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and service orientation.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
