Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for its Fresno store to deliver a welcoming, customer-centered experience and share product knowledge with shoppers. You will contribute to a team that reflects our culture of hospitality and drive personal sales goals through attentive service.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising and inventory, maintaining an inviting store environment, and guiding customers through omnichannel options while promoting brand loyalty programs.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years old in listed states; 18 otherwise.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
