Job summary

KnitWell Group's Talbots location in Monroe, OH is seeking a store team member who loves fashion and will deliver exceptional customer service. You will help customers build outfits, stay on top of fashion trends, and support the management team to drive sales while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and love of fashion.
• Excellent verbal communication and high integrity.
• Ability to navigate a computer/iPad/handheld system.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build brand relationships.
• Assist management to build store business and drive sales.
• Leverage Concierge and other service enhancers to deepen client relationships.
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and manage projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to create outfits for customers.
