Job summary

H&M in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, share fashion knowledge, and actively sell our products. You’ll guide shoppers through the store experience and promote our Hello Member loyalty app while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

You’ll work with the team on garment care, stock presentation, and omni-channel services like Click & Collect and in-store tech tools, delivering outstanding service from opening to closing.

• Promote and sell products to customers using fashion knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and promote Hello Member loyalty app.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in-store.
• Maintain garment care and presentation; keep the floor tidy and stocked.
• Support seamless omni-channel services (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Assist opening/closing and follow health and safety guidelines.
