Job summary

H&M in Bee Cave, Texas is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively sell our products while sharing fashion knowledge. You will help with garment care, presentation, and store operations, working as part of a dynamic team to create a welcoming in-store experience.

You’ll contribute to a clean, organized sales floor, support checkout activities, and engage customers with our loyalty program and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or fashion sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming customers and guiding them through the store and omni experience where available.
• Support with garment refill, care, presentation and stock replenishment.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following store procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house including stockrooms.
• Promote the H&M loyalty program and in-store sustainability initiatives.
