Job summary

H&M in Utah, Lehi, is hiring a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and guide shoppers through our store using OMNI experiences where available. You’ll leverage fashion knowledge to present trends, promote products, and support loyalty programs while maintaining an organized, inviting sales floor.

Join a dynamic team and contribute to visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and ending the day with a smooth store operation. Prior retail or fashion experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, retail or service industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to guide customers and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Willingness to engage with customers to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Promote loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with stock and back-of-house tasks.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
