Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in Washington state. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and actively sell our fashion products while sharing product knowledge and trends.

You’ll support garment care, presentation, and maintain a clean sales floor and back-of-house areas, collaborating with the store team to ensure an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing outstanding service, engaging with customers, promoting trends, and helping achieve sales

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries.
• Ability to promote and sell products to customers.
• Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles and product information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers and support sales targets.
• Lead customers through fashion trends, stories and products across store areas.
