Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Team Lead in Roseville, MN to foster a positive shopping experience and drive store success. You will support inventory control, sales growth, and customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and retail leadership experience. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Contribute to inventory management and day-to-day store operations.
• Assist with inventory through shipment processing, store replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
