Job summary

Chico's Estero store in Florida is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model the hospitality-driven culture that defines our brand. You will guide daily operations and set the tone for achieving team goals with clear direction and support.

This role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge sharing, scheduling support, cash handling, inventory and replenishment, and delivering personalized, customer-centered service that goes beyond the sale.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members to meet sales goals.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support as needed.
• Execute cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Foster a positive, customer-centered environment reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive team performance.
