Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Support Associate for our White House Black Market store at 7519 Corporate Blvd, Ste 330, Bdg C, Baton Rouge.

This role supports a customer and product-driven sales culture through merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. You will deliver MAPS service, assist with visual merchandising, pricing changes, and floor sets, while maintaining store cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or as stated.
• Prior stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated in service.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced store.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to learn or adapt to store technology.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstrated with colleagues and management.
• Exposure to visual merchandising techniques desired.
• Able to communicate with customers, associates and management; headset usage.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Merchandises new products in a timely manner.
• Enters receiving docs and reconciles invoices; handles store transfers.
• Maintains visual packet materials, signs and stockroom organization.
• Supports pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alerts management to cash supply needs.
• Assists with visual directives, floorsets and signage placement.
• Keeps the boutique clean and organized.
