• Foster a positive store experience and treat customers and staff fairly.
• Maintain floor coverage and acknowledge every customer with priority to tasks.
• Stay productive during shifts by replenishing products and visual displays.
• Report to work on time and demonstrate schedule flexibility.
• Understand individual and store sales goals and follow all policies.
• Execute visual standards, recovery, and replenishment guidance from management.
