Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Sales Lead for Lane Bryant in Monroe, OH. You will partner with the Store Manager to create an engaging environment for associates and customers, coach your team, and ensure daily actions run smoothly while maintaining brand standards.

With 1–3 years of retail experience and a passion for styling, you’ll help train and motivate staff, identify opportunities to improve sales, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English proficiency (read, write and speak).
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging environment for associates and customers.
• Partner with Store Manager to execute daily action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Support onboarding of new associates and adhere to brand standards.
