Job summary

Garage Clothing is seeking an Operations Associate in Westlake, OH to keep the stockroom organized, move inventory, and process shipments while maintaining a full, ready floor for customers. You’ll help with E-comm orders and markdowns to deliver a seamless in-store experience.

You’ll be a proactive team player with attention to detail, aiming to power the customer journey and support store operations. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;
• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience;
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus);
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities
