Garage Clothing in Pittsburgh is looking for an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and inviting for customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll support both in-store and e-comm operations, bringing energy and reliability to daily tasks. This role rewards hands-on organizers with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced fashion brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and keep inventory moving.
• Process shipments and markdowns to maintain floor stock.
• Keep the selling floor full and fresh for a seamless customer experience.
• Support online orders and in-store operations as needed.
