Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking an Associate, Selling to deliver personalized customer service and support sales on the selling floor. You will build customer relationships, share product knowledge, and help create a memorable shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Demonstrated sales results and strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Fashion industry knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing product expertise.
• Ability to use store equipment and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise and provide product knowledge based on customer needs.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and promote loyalty programs and credit offerings.
• Process sales transactions and resolve customer issues.
• Support sales goals, maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, and complete markdowns and merchandising tasks.
• Follow asset protection procedures and complete assignments from store leadership.
