Cotton On Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Nashville. You will support the Store Manager to deliver excellent service to customers and develop a high-performing team.

Your role includes helping set store priorities, assigning tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensuring policies are followed while driving sales and merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion, brands and trends.
• 1+ years Retail Management, preferably fast fashion.
• 1+ years proven track record inspiring and managing diverse and high performing teams.
• Demonstrated result and acumen in driving sales, stock and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and VM standards.

• Support Store Manager to deliver to our customer and our people.
• Assist in daily/weekly/monthly store priorities and assign projects to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
