Uptown Cheapskate in Orem is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join a fast-paced fashion retail team. You will support daily store operations, provide friendly customer service, and help maintain an engaging shopping environment.

The role offers 30+ hours per week, in-training pay of $15/hour with raise and bonus opportunities once certified, and room for advancement into supervisory duties within a sustainable, fashion-focused company.

Qualifications

• Need to provide friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Must help customers find styles that fit individual needs and personalities.
• Stay up to date on current fashion trends, brands, and styles.
• Follow policies, support a positive team environment.

Responsabilités

• Create an amazing shopping experience and keep the store looking its best.
• Assist with purchases, returns, and transactions accurately.
• Help receive, price, tag, and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Merchandise clothing and accessories attractively and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store all day.
• Lead by example in customer service and teamwork.
• Support daily store operations, opening/closing where needed.
