Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of product development experience in apparel/fashion.
• Experience managing a high SKU count across multiple product categories.
• Strong understanding of apparel construction, materials, trims and development processes.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with design teams, vendors, and suppliers regarding all aspects of sample development.
• Create and maintain seasonal factory development charts and ensure accuracy throughout the development process.
• Track fabric deliveries from mills to factories and ensure alignment with development timelines.
• Manage and monitor sample development to ensure timely delivery for key milestones and market deadlines.
• Coordinate package deliveries and organize samples for internal teams.
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to manage and track samples.
• Research competitive brands and market trends to support product development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Production, and Sourcing teams to support successful product execution.
• Maintain accurate product development data and documentation within PLM and related systems.
