Job summary

PacSun is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to generate sales through passion for product, brands, fashion and trends, and to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will execute store initiatives, maintain visual standards, and support digital sales strategies like ship from store and BOPIS.

The role requires High School Diploma, strong communication and math/computer skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focuses on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
• Executes all visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company and as directed by the management team.
• Supports and executes all digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS within the store.
