Qualifications

• Education And/or Experience: Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily store operational functions.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting products.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain positive attitude and professionalism; comply with company policies.
• Monitor loss prevention and security procedures; assist with shrink reduction.
