Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions while delivering amazing customer service
• Keep the service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing your love for fashion
• Be a great team player by keeping the department runways ready, restocking and keeping the cash wrap area tidy
• Stay up on key fashion trends and products to help customers with decisions as needed
• Build relationships by informing customers about events, Nordstrom gift cards and Rewards program
• Flexible to support other areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up
