Job summary

Weissman in St. Louis, MO is offering an E-Commerce Intern position as part of our Summer Internship Program.

Over 10 weeks, interns work with professionals across design, development, marketing, and merchandising to contribute to real projects and gain firsthand exposure to how ideas move from inspiration and concept through design, development, marketing, and ultimately into customers’ hands. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Bloomreach tools, assist with content updates and simple HTML

Qualifications

• Current college student or May 2027 graduate pursuing a degree related to the internship area.
• Able to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the duration of the 10-week summer program.
• Strong interest in fashion, apparel, or related industries with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take on real-world projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain exposure to Bloomreach Engagement and Bloomreach Discovery tools
• Assist with website updates, including content changes, product setup, and simple HTML edits
• Support customer research by gathering insights on online shopping behavior and emerging trends
• Brainstorm and prioritize ideas for web personalization and improved user experience
• Assist with A/B testing setup, monitor results, and compile key learnings
• Conduct site quality assurance by reviewing pages and testing customer journeys
• Research and share emerging Ecommerce and UX trends with the team
