You will support leadership with sales goals, participate in digital strategies like ship-from-store and BOPIS, and uphold company policies. A high school diploma is preferred; flexible part-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Comfort with math and basic computer skills for store operations.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focuses on full-price selling while promoting product value and promotions.
• Handles customer situations per store policy; escalates to leadership when needed.
• Completes all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Executes visual directives and maintains brand visuals as directed by management.
• Promotes a safe, organized, and clean store environment for customers.
• Complies with Loss Prevention policies and reports violations.
• Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve the experience.
